Dynasty CollectionRose pink kanchipuram silk saree with "self" coloured thread border than seamlessly flows with the saree. The bhuttas are adapted from copper coins from the Kongu Chera era which resemble inscribed versions of bow (left) , a palm tree ( right ) and a lamp ( center). All within one bhutta.

The body is in a light mauve colour

The pallu too has weaving in copper and silver zari

The elements in this coin bhutta are seated tiger

The pallu and borders are embellished with motifs of veenas and paisleys woven with zari

The black coloured border carries silver zari in subtle zig zag patterns and the body carries original designs inspired from tribal adornments worn by both men and women

The border is a much loved traditional "korvai" getti pet in silver zari

The borders and pallu are in magenta

The silver zari bhuttas are adapted from copper coins that belong to  the Kongu Chera era which resemble inscribed version of   a bow (left)
